Ferra's environments range from laminar flow benches to Electro-static Discharge (ESD) safe assembly rooms. Qualified assembly technicians ensure the smooth integration of subassemblies to deliver equipment operating to specification. Extensive process engineering knowledge and experience ensures a controlled assembly environment with defined, repeatable, high yield output and in-built quality. Full component traceability and product conformance are routinely accommodated. Procurement and manufacturing are controlled by Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) tools.
Disposable Assembly: Products are made-to-order or made-to-stock and go immediately to our sterilization partner.
