The ability to provide components and subassemblies, creates additional value to many major OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturer) by reducing costs, lead times and simplifying the supply chain. Ferra’s successful management is due to the implementation of full MRP (Material Resource Planning) capabilities along with SAP to manage this process.
