This "Design for Manufacturability" input can reduce the number of parts required, machine time, labour and material costs/waste - without compromising on Form, Fit & Function - which can result in achieving lower than targeted production costs and improve repeatability in the process. By partnering with you in these early stages of the new product, Ferra will ensure a smooth transition from design into production. Joint project management yields cost savings and an earlier launch. Accurate and rapid prototyping is key to your product's successful development process. Ferra has in-house machining capabilities for initial product design prototyping. In addition, we maintain excellent relationships with local machining sources that make rapid turnaround times possible.
